Volunteer bookkeeper needed for XBOT Robotics

Volunteer Bookkeeper

XBOT Robotic’s mission is to inspire and prepare underserved students in South Seattle to pursue STEAM learning and careers. Our students compete in world-wide robotics competitions and are mentored by industry professionals. We provide year-round programming with focused mentorship (3:1 student to mentor ratio). Our students have received scholarships at major colleges across the US. We provide our students with free transportation and meals for all of our practices.

We’re looking for a volunteer bookkeeper to support our education non-profit. We are rapidly growing with more grants and fundraising events. The volunteer bookkeeper would support us in accounting our income transactions, expenses, distributing reimbursements, and generating reports for the organization. We use Quickbooks for accounting.
