As a first-generation student navigating college has been a steep battle because the experience is so new to my household. I have become a role-model to my younger brother, a worker at my part-time job, and also a student at the University of Washington. I can’t thank the donors of the Washington CPA Foundation for this amazing scholarship which will help relieve some of that financial burden on me for next school year.

-Andrew Ho, University of Washington

As a mother of four children, working multiple jobs to make ends meet has been a reality for me. The financial relief provided by this scholarship alleviates a tremendous amount of pressure, allowing me to focus more on my studies and spend quality time with my children, which is invaluable to me.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and belief in my potential. Your investment in my education will have a lasting impact on my life and the lives of my family members.

-Jennifer Martin Stukey, Eastern Washington University

I am honored to once again be selected for a Washington CPA Foundation scholarship. It is with deep gratitude that I accept this scholarship, and I hope one day to pay it forward. A CPA once told me that “CPAs take care of each other,” and the generosity of the Washington CPA Foundation has proven this to be true.

-Brandon Blazekovic, Eastern Washington University
