Leadership is a learned skill, a skill that must be practiced. It may look simple, and it is - only if you know what to do and how to do it. Leadership requires one to develop a greater understanding of intangibles that are difficult to quantify - but are priceless. The best leaders care about others, are trustworthy and are credible. We will discuss proven tactics to enhance those skills. Worthy for those who want to become even more valuable as a business leader.
