Shelley Drury, United States X Advisors Washington CPAs PS

Shelley has been with the firm since 2016. She has over 26 years of experience in public accounting. In addition to being a CPA, she holds the following credentials: CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst), ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation), and CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics).

Her entire career has been focused exclusively on business valuation, forensic accounting, pension valuation, stock option analysis, economic damage calculations, and other calculations required for litigation. Her work is primarily prepared for marital dissolution cases, shareholder disputes, damage claims, fraud claims and gift and estate tax filings. She also consults with owners of small businesses and professional practices providing indications of value and tips on how to maximize value.

Shelley has testified over 200 times in Superior Courts throughout the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Virginia, Arizona, and Nevada. She has also testified a number of times in Federal Court.

She serves on the University of Washington Tacoma Milgard School of Business’s Accounting Advisory Board. She formerly served on the board of directors for the Pierce Center for Arts & Technology, the Pierce County Chapter of the WSCPA, and the Tahoma Girls’ Choir.

Shelley is a popular national seminar speaker at continuing professional education events for CPAs and attorneys.
