Brittany Malidore, Co-Founder and Partner, Ledgerly Consulting LLC
Brittany is a truth-teller who values brave conversations and putting people first. She left traditional accounting to build Ledgerly Consulting, where she leads a team of problem solvers and accounting alchemists. Brittany’s superpower is her ability to bring together technical expertise and big-picture thinking to serve as a true advisor to her clients. She is strategic in her approach to accounting and provides honest insights and tactical guidance. Brittany’s experience leading and scaling outsourced accounting practices has helped her develop expertise and an in-depth approach to supporting clients. She co-founded Ledgerly after being told she wouldn’t make it in the accounting world as a woman and mom. She is passionate about going to bat for business owners and transforming their mindset around accounting.
Brittany holds professional certifications in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Fundamental Client Accounting Advisory Services. She has received several awards, including the WSCPA Rising Star Award, the Distinguished Graduate Award, and was awarded for the 2023 Ignition Top 50 Women in Accounting. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her five kids and enjoying time at their getaway home in Washington.
Carrie Potter, Kingma CPA Firm PC
Carrie is a CPA and therapist living in Oak Harbor, WA on beautiful Whidbey Island. Carrie began her career as a CPA in 2005, first as an auditor specializing in not-for-profit organizations. From there Carrie spent time as a financial reporting specialized at a global health organization in Seattle before relocating to Whidbey where she transitioned to the tax world at a small local firm. Along the way Carrie earned her MA in Counseling Psychology and pivoted to the world of mental health counseling. She still gets to use that analytical part of her brain in her work with her counseling clients, and she still uses Excel all the time as she runs her private practice! Carrie works with teens and women who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the impacts of trauma. Her therapeutic style is playful, engaged, and highly relational and she loves working with women who are high-achieving, sarcastic, and maybe a little bit stubborn. Monette Anderson, VP of Membership & Education, Washington Society of CPAs
Monette Anderson, a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Gallup Strengths Coach, brings a wealth of program management experience in the non-profit sector to her roles at the WSCPA and the WA CPA Foundation. With over 20 years of expertise gained from esteemed organizations like PBS and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Monette currently serves as the Vice President of Member Services and Education for the WSCPA and Executive Director of the WA CPA Foundation. Monette oversees annual scholarship awards exceeding $500,000 and manages a grant program aimed at fostering diversity and equity within the accounting pipeline.
A proud graduate of San Diego State University, Monette’s professional journey has been marked by her unwavering commitment to fostering growth, supporting diversity, and building inclusive communities. Her dedicated efforts in promoting diversity and spearheading association innovation are further underscored by her role as President of the Washington Society of Association Excellence (WSAE).

Moses Man, President & Owner, M Squared Tax PLLC
Moses Man, CPA, is the CEO of M Squared Tax PLLC, a CPA firm specializing in international taxation. His practice focuses on US international tax planning and compliance for individuals and small businesses. He also assists CPA firms across the US with international tax issues, including international tax consultation and compliance review. Moses is a frequent speaker on international tax topics. Prior to M Squared Tax, Moses spent 11 years at national and regional accounting firms serving multinational companies, including startups, venture capital funds, and Fortune 500 companies. Moses earned his B.A. from Seattle University and his Master’s in Taxation from the University of Washington.
